Violet is #3!! We are so very proud!
At the Purina Gateway Classic in St. Louis, Missouri, Violet won first place in the Champion's Class twice, and went on to be named Best of Breed! When all the ribbons were counted and the points tabulated, Violet is the third best dog in the country! And if you know the dogs that are in first and second place, you would know they are both males.....so....she is the number 1 female dog in the country!!! And when it comes right down to it, she is number one in our house, just ask HER! She somehow manages to get up on the bed in the middle of the night, she gets to be first in line for ear scratches at the door when we come home! she is one spoiled poodle! And we love her dearly! We have high hopes for our Violet, we will be going to UKC Premier in Kalamazoo, Michigan in June....wish us luck!

Champion Kitsue's Crossbrook June Violet
Road trip to Kalamazoo, Michigan! Weather was sunny and cool in the morning, hot in the afternoon. Threat of rain, never happened! The show was held both indoors and out, why they have the poodles show outside is beyond me, but outside we were!
At the Retreiver Club Specialty Violet placed 1st in her class!! We are so proud!
The next day we weren't quite so lucky, no ribbons on Friday! Saturday she placed 2nd in her class and Sunday another 1st! I was a nervous wreck, the amount of people and poodles was overwhelming to say the least! My friends Sue Abeln, and Tari DuBois were there and very supportive!
I will share just a few of the pictures I took over that weekend, it was an amazing time!
