My dear friend Sue and her amazing boy Phil! We were lucky enough to have them in our lives! Phil sired litters here, and his puppies continue to bless this earth. Sue meant the world to me, she taught me so much about breeding, but more importantly, she taught me how to be a better human being. It makes my heart happy to know that they are together forever now.
Rest in Peace sweet Phil! This was one very special dog! Loved by so many, but mostly by my dear friend Sue. There are so many stories of Phil, he leaves behind quite the legacy! I am blessed to still have his son, and his grand daughter. So his legacy will continue here at Crossbrook! He is in heaven with Sue tonight, laying next to her eating peanut M&M's. All is well in heaven tonight!
Our most recent litter was the Ice Cream Shoppe....so much sweetness! This Clover/Parker litter produced some of the calmest, sweetest puppies! I am getting so many wonderful updates!!
Eight weeks old, we visit our vet :)
So much promise in these faces!
Possibly the best age...they all fit in my lap :)
Sometimes life is a Circus around here! This was one of those times! Our beautiful Iris and Max from All Nite Parti created this amazing "show"!
Our sweet little circus here at Crossbrook......
Pleased to introduce our little performers... Barnum, Bailey, Trapeze, Peanuts and Popcorn!
We had five little performers make their way to town on February 28th.
Barnum was the first to arrive at 9:50pm followed by Bailey, Trapeze, Peanuts and Popcorn. Finally unloaded at 3:30am :)
All arrived safely!
Iris is loved each and every performer in her tiny circus! She was the best mommy!
The Cheese Shoppe...This is our first litter with our precious Salem...so say special is an understatement!
This litter has been so very special! Don't get me wrong, they are ALL special...but sometimes stars line up and things get magical. This is one of those times, and these are 8 of those puppies! Salem turned out to be the best mommy dog I have ever had, or known for that matter! And the blend of personalities between Salem and Parker produced some of the sweetest, most confident, most beautiful puppies EVER. The Cheese Shoppe was a wonderful place to experience the mellow sweetness, the special variety, and the most delicious colors imaginable! I am blessed beyond words to have been part of this special bunch! They all have wonderful homes awaiting them in about a week. These are some very lucky puppies, going to some very wonderful families!
Rule #1....always keep a camera handy!
These are some photos taken while the puppies go about their daily lives :)
And every puppy is a star!
Somehow just going over to the whelping box and looking in makes everything wonderful. I could sit and watch for hours! I will share some of these moments with you!
